HTML is the standard Hypertext Markup Language for creating Web pages with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and JavaScript, CSS handles the look and feel part of a web page. CSS is style language and designed primarily to enable the separation of presentation and content. You can write CSS once and then reuse same sheet in multiple HTML pages. You can define a style for each HTML element and apply it to as many Web pages as you want. CSS has a much wider array of attributes than HTML. The style definitions are normally saved in external .css files.
